Website and purchase terms

This website is operated by VALERRA SYSTEMS as a Canadian sole proprietorship.

Commercial products

Published commercial products are annual software subscriptions priced in USD. The product page and Stripe-hosted checkout show the product identity and amount before payment. Applicable tax treatment must be configured before a taxable charge is accepted.

BYOAI

The software licence does not include third-party AI provider usage. A customer who enables AI-enhanced functions connects and pays its own supported provider.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew annually unless cancellation is scheduled through the Customer Portal. A scheduled cancellation retains paid access through the current term, then changes the product to its permitted end-of-term state.

Supported information

Customer Care cannot create pricing, discounts, refunds, policies, legal commitments, service levels, warranties, integrations or availability that are not in approved product information.

Refund terms, warranty terms, liability limits and governing-law language are not yet approved. This release candidate must not be authorized for customer launch until those commercial terms receive independent legal approval.
